Where can I find your custom made products?

All of our custom designed and crafted products can be found in the BV Collection, which can be accessed via our main menu.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Your shipping time will depend on a multitude of factors such as the complexity of your ordered items, your location, and chosen shipping speed. Due to the nature of most of our products, standard shipping will usually be around 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer any discounts?

We have sales, offers and discounts frequently. We will often times display our sales on our home page but email subscribers get instant notifications when a sale happens and exclusive offers. Subscribe now to save on future orders!

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we accpet all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay

Can I track my order?

As soon as a shipping label is created for your order, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to your email address associated to your order.

How do I use discount codes?

We have sales with discount codes often! To use one of our discount codes, add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before payment, we will ask you to enter any discount code you may have.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in any way we can as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Unfortunetly if your order is already shipped, we can not alter or refund your order as per our Refund Policy.

What if my order comes in wrong or damaged?

If you recieved the wrong product or a damaged product, you have 30 days from recipt of your order to contact us. We will happily send you a shipping label to return your order and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
