What we sell

Everything sold here is a digital download: printable plans, cut lists, materials lists, worksheets and guides. Nothing is shipped. You get access immediately after payment.

The 14 day guarantee

If you are not happy with a purchase, email mikekoltas@gmail.com within 14 days of buying it, tell us what you bought and briefly what went wrong, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. You do not need to justify yourself at length, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

We do ask that you tell us the reason, because it is the most useful feedback we get.

Faulty, wrong or missing files

If a download will not open, is missing pages, contains an error in a dimension or cut list, or is not what the product page described, contact us at any time. We will correct the file and send it to you, or refund you if you prefer. Errors in a plan are our problem, not yours, and the 14 day limit does not apply to them.

When we may decline

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, where the file is not faulty.
• Repeated refund requests from the same customer across multiple products.
• Where the file has been redistributed or shared in breach of our Terms of Use.

We cannot refund the cost of materials, tools or labour for a project, only the price of the digital product itself.

If you are in the EU or UK

You normally have a 14 day right to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, and by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that cancellation right. Our own 14 day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous, so in practice it applies to you either way.

How to ask

Email mikekoltas@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product. That is all we need. A person reads it.
